Todd might be a southerner at heart but there’s no denying that his version of rock and roll, especially his metal guitar fills are straight out of the heartland.  I’ve probably said it here before but I will put Todd’s ability to capture the essence of being a struggling independent musician/artist in the 21st century up against anyone.
